Schengen Visa

Regulation (EC)OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 13 July 2009,
establishing a Community Code on Visas
(Visa Code) [1]

This Regulation is a legislative act of the EU codifying nature, in which the date of its entry into force  consolidated and systematized the basic rules of the EU on:

1) "single  visa" (visas for single, double or multiple entries in order to stay in the entire Schengen area a maximum of three months in the first half, including transit),

as well as

2) "visa with limited territorial validity" (issued to persons who do not meet all the conditions for a Schengen visa, valid, as a rule, only one, at least for several Schengen countries) and

3) "visa to transit through the airport" (only valid for a stay in the international transit area of airports of the Schengen States in international flights with transfers; required from citizens of certain third countries).

Residence Visa

Residence Visa

The residence permit is intended to allow the entry into the country so that the holder can apply for a residence permit. Indeed, one of the general requirements for granting the temporary residence permit provided , which requires a residence visa for one of the purposes provided by law, the requirement set out of that provision.

The bureaucratic process for a residence visa is an important instrument of control and verification of the conditions for obtaining the right of residence, in particular how much proof of its purpose, the means of subsistence, absence of entry impediments, etc. Hence, despite the residence visa is only one of the requirements for obtaining a residence permit, often confuse this requirement with the very right of residence the   which are not true, approached the reality, since with his approval is exceeded the greatest obstacle to realization of the right.

The residence visa allows the holder to stay for a period of four months and is valid for two entries . The four-month period seeks to take into account the duration of the process   bureaucratic granting of residence permits. Although an application for a residence permit should in principle be decided within 60 days, the same only runs from the time when it completes its investigation of the case which, even by the applicants own difficulties, it may take some time. Hence, it seems reasonable that period, the same can be said of posibiity of  their use for two entries.

Artist Visa

Artist Visa

I heard that no visa quota fixed wondering about the artist visa.

Answer = visa quota fixed by 65,000 people in a year, but the artists work permit visa is not fixed quota. O1 visas are O1A and O1B. O1A science, arts, education, business or athletics outstanding in the field nationally or internationally recognized human O1B visa is a visa that is given to those who recognized excellent in film and TV production sector.

It is important to remember that the meaning of extraordinary abilities required by the O1 visa is not the level of ability to get a Nobel Prize. Therefore, do not underestimate their professional competence, it is important to consult a lawyer to verify the possibility of O1 visa.

The occupations in O1 visa, for example a film director, stage designer, choreographer, orchestra, athlete's coach, and costume designer, Makeup Artist, stage technicians and animal trainers, etc. Of course, that people remember is the leader of each field, a necessary person to operate that you can also get the O1 visa. In other words, costume designers and actors, as well as Makeup Artist will learn that you can get the O1 visa.

O1 visa is a problem, there is no problem even if the procedures are not permanent residents to apply for a visa to enter O1 first come immediately after obtaining permanent residency visa formalities, because to admit a dual intent visa (Dual Intent) on immigration.

Unlike the H1B Work Visa O1 visa holders will be working as a freelance. If you work for multiple companies, each company must apply for the company for each visa application to the Immigration Department for the O1 visa applicants, that, unlike the H1B visa sponsorship is merely an agent role, there is no need to give a fixed salary for O1 visa holders . Sponsored finances is not critical to the company or an American visa holders to help others means that while there is little activity in the United States.
